Terms of Service

ResourceX is an industrial matching platform operated by MT Technology. Access is provided to verified companies for publishing supply and demand, participating in procedures, and communicating through platform managers.

Company identities and contacts are not public by default. Counterparties receive contact data only after a ResourceX manager discloses it. Users must not harvest emails, phones or documents from the platform.

Listings must be accurate. ResourceX may suspend accounts that misrepresent goods, companies or payments. Paid access, invoices and bank transfers are handled manually until the payment gateway is connected.
